Public School Procedures
Obtain an application form from your guidance counselor.
Check out our student run web site at www.FiveStarMagnet.org to get the most up to date information.
Complete your portion of the application including your student number. It is very important that you clearly fill in your priority number for each of the magnet programs, career academies, or choice options to which you are applying. Also, be sure that your parent/guardian signs the application before returning it to your guidance counselor or mail it directly to the district office (check with your guidance counselor for their procedures):

Proof of residency is NOT required when submitting your application.
